This notice is published under article 1-1 of the French Law for Confidence in the Digital Economy (LCEN, law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004), as it stands since law no. 2024-449 of 21 May 2024, which moved this obligation out of the former article 6 III. It covers this site and the two tool suites at audio.meoweo.com andpdf.meoweo.com, published by the same person and hosted the same way.
Publisher
These sites are published on a non-professional basis by a natural person. They are free, carry no advertising, no affiliate link and no commercial activity of any kind, and nothing on them is for sale.
Article 1-1 allows a non-professional publisher to keep their identity from the public and to publish only the host's details, on condition that the host holds their identification data. Ours does. The host is bound to professional secrecy on it and may release it only to the judicial authority.
That is anonymity towards the public, not unreachability: write to support@meoweo.com about anything on these sites, including a complaint about their content, and it reaches us.
Host
All three sites are static files served by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States, +1 (888) 993-5273 – cloudflare.com. There is no application server, no database and no file storage anywhere in this product.
Intellectual property
The MeoWeo name, the mark and the content of these sites are protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited, except where the law allows it.
The tools are built on open-source software belonging to its own authors and used under its own licence. Each suite ships the full list at audio.meoweo.com and pdf.meoweo.com. The photographs on meoweo.com come from Pexels under the Pexels License, both typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, and the tool icons are Lucide, used under the ISC License.
